You can, but I wouldn't risk it. Why not throw some good gas in the tank or run a stand alone?

I did it but wouldn't recommend it. You have to make sure you have enough timing pulled.

Save yourself the risk and get a standalone unit with race gas in it.

A stand alone fuel system is a separate fuel tank and pump that you feed the fuel side of your nitrous system with. It allows you to run good gas as a supplement to what is in the tank. You can pick up race gas at any local speed shop, or in some instances, the local sonoco. Most racetracks sell it too.

a stand alone is a seperate small fuel tank with a dedicated pump and what not that supplies the fuel strictly for fuel side of the nitrous which takes stress off your intank pump and fuel rails and it takes care of worryin about fuel pressure stayin consistent in the rails and what not.

as far as buying race fuel im not sure about you we have a few bike stores around here where i live such as a yamaha and honda bike shops that can get race fuel. also big fuel distributers such as red rock that may be based somewhere in your area may carry some

Look at our sponsor list. Nitrous Outlet, HSW, NX and others all have nice setups.

Most race tracks sell race fuel to the public, although its not cheap. if your looking into barrels of it, contact the track and ask if they sell by the barrel or where you can purchase it...

Race fuel isnt for a stock motor, though...

There's nothing wrong with using race fuel with a stock engine. If you can consider an engine with a. 078 pill "stock"

Nothing if its just a stand alone. You may foul O2 sensors mire quickly if you use it as a primary fuel though.

yea i dont see racing fuel being a problem to the o2 sensors in just the nitrous side of the motor but i wouldnt suggest it in the primary system for something your gonna drive all the time because its pricey for one and for 2 as stated above you have the chance of makin the o2 sensors go bad

We are the ones that invented the all in one stand alone fuel systems. We have lots of different versions that fit in alot of different applications. For the F-body we have three specificly designed systems that easily bolt into your car.

Here is a link to them on our website.

Why would you need a barrel of race gas for a stand alone? lol

Cheaper to buy by the barrel. Also you can fill up before you leave and its one less thing to do at the track.

Could E85 be used as a 93-octane replacement? E85 octane is about 105-octane.

It can if you are jetted and tuned correctly. E85 is great stuff when done right.
