Default 5.3 numbers?

Ok so I have a 5.3, torquer V.2, Circle D 3800, 25% UD pulley, L/T's, ORY, Catback, SLP 85mm MAF, FTP lid, GForce tune. Car made 324/304 on G-forces dyno. Went today to a dyno where I live in NC to get a baseline before the cutouts, and spray and car made 367/363. Weather was about 85 degrees, 80% humidity and raining. DOnt know the weather on my houston pulls, it was HOT and humid. The numbers I got today were from 3rd gear, car of course downshifted into 2nd so I don't know how accurate that is, but with this cam Ive only seen numbers on an LS1 a little higher and thats with an M6. Think that this could be a 5.3 block bored to 5.7?

no, I'd be angry if I owned an ls1 with a cam like the V2 and made 360 with spray. That's definitely a 5.3

my bad, even so, I mad 400 rwhp with a ls6 crate motor on that same dyno in even hotter worse weather last year. I skimmed your other thread, you bought it from a dealership am I right? I wouldn't get to caught up on numbers man, go run it at the track and see what it does.

track day friday so we will see, before the cam, just headers no lid I was running 13.3's on street tires. Now I have tires, the cam, Full boltons, and tires so we shall see. Didnt make sense that I was keeping up with LS1 cars with a 5.3, going to pull the heads soon to measure but just thought I might get an estimate with numbers. I left my charts at a buddys house, they have the weather info on them I think so I will try and see what the DA is and such.

in all reality the 5.3 is so similar to the 5.7 it doesnt shock me youd outrun ls1s especially with your setup. i wouldnt worry about numbers and its not like a 5.3 is going to drasticlly under perform because its not a 5.7 hell people have made tons and tons of power and run crazy times on a stock 5.3 short block

First off, just look at the engine and see what you've got. Between the alt and PS brackets is a number cast into the block

If it is a 5.3 punched out to 5.7 you wouldnt notice a SINGLE bit of difference
