Adapter for Pod Gauge in vent?

Where can I find the adapter type vents so I can put my AEM Wideband in my circle vent's on my trans am? I thought ws6store had them but I can't seem to find them

i used a 3000-22 the 3001-22 is impossible to find... but i just used a innovate wideband and it fit. it just takes a lot of messing with
