Default Should I go w/ a carbon fiber DS ?

I'm finally going to bite the bullet and replace my 10-bolt w/ either a CRP S-60 or MCP fab 9" rear due to my upgraded head & cam & any future mods. So a replacement driveshaft is in my future and I am undecided whether or not to go with a carbon fiber DS or get an upgraded AL one. By the way, I have already experienced a catastrophic failure of my factory AL driveshaft at 114 mph on the big end of the drag strip when I let off the gas!!!! (Talk about puckered up!) Anyway I definately do not like the steel one I curently have (noisier & heavier - I can feel the mass when trying to accellerate). All opinions welcome - thanks.

Safer
Lighter rotating mass
Higher load, shock, and vibration resistance

No reason to use aluminum except cost.

Chromoly IS steel. It won't beat cf in any category except price.

Although CF DS was not widely used back when I got mine but always felt safer with 3" Straight Steel From Denny's

Almost all of my customers who order either the standard Moser 9 inch or the Moser fabricated 9 inch rear, go with the PST 3.5" aluminum driveshaft that I sell. Wit the upgraded forged yoke this driveshaft can handle a lot of power. Bob
