Default Swapped rotors now brakes are a little bit spongy

I just swapped my rotors because my stockers wur warped and out of spec. I put some slotted ones on tonight. When I compressed the pistons in the calipar to put the calipar back on I took the lid off my reservor. So im guessing I need to bleed my brakes now correct?

No you shouldn't have to bleed them. They may firm up after some driving.

if you compressed them super slowly you shouldnt have to. but chances are you will need to bleed them. best practice is to replace pads and bleed brakes with new rotors anyways.

The pads are far far from needing replacing. They were still really thick. I will probably just bleed them. It will be about 107 degrees today so I will do that tonight lol
