stock oil filter for 2007>2009 is pf-48.. my question is will the new gm filter upf-48 that comes from factory on zo6/zr1 fit/ work on our impalas ? know its a better filter ! rkvette

Yeah, it should. It's just a different line of AC Delco filters called "Ultraguard".
