Busted Injectors

Busted Injectors
I purchased a set of Ls1 injectors off of a board member here used, and they arrived today with two of them in pretty sorry shape from a bad packing job (or lack thereof)
6 of them look fine for the most part, a little scuffed but nothing serious. Theres 2 that I'm worried about-
On the first the plastic washer/seal That holds the o-ring on on the bottom and the injector in place is cracked and broken-

The 2nd is a little worse, the upper part of it right above the o-ring is bent upward-

Are these repairable or am I looking at buying 2 new injectors?

The injector should be OK, break off the chip and use the injector. The "O" ring will seal the injector.

The photo is out of focus, hard the see any damage, except the way the injector is slightly bent. Remove the "O" ring and inspect for any cracks.
When installing the injectors replace the "O" rings with new.

Those parts should be replaceable.
Our basic or Dynamic injector service would replace those parts, plus all new filters, seals, and orings after sonic cleaning. Then you'll get a flow report showing what each injector flows and how they relate to each other.
Here is some info about our services - www.deatschwerks.com/fuel-injector-services
