Default Anyone using this new "G oil" stuff?

Just curious if anyone is using this, and what you think about it?
I'm going to stick with my dino oil, but like I said, I'm just curious about it. Its kind of interesting with being mad out of animal fat, and organic stuff. It's pretty different. I know some people in formula one run it, and I heard it made its way into nascar also.

I would never experiment with the new stuff. Of course the companies are going to promote the greatness of their product. What else are they going to say? "Take a shot guys and keep your fingers crossed??" We'll see after 'everyday' engines start putting up big mileage numbers. It won't be in my cars. You can see how well the wonders of ethanol have done.

G oil isn't in any Nascars, thats Valvoline NextGen (recycled)..which is only in 1 or 2 cars.

Mobil 1 all the way. Mobil Super if you're using dino.

I've never heard of it either...what is it?
I get a good deal on Edelbrock full synthetic so I stick with that, and it's great

I've been thinking about giving this oil a try in my DD saturn. Found a post on slickdeals that this company is offering a $26 mail in rebate on a 5 gallon jug. I guess walmart sells them for just that so it makes an oil change basically free besides the oil filter. I figure I'll try this G-Oil and a M1 filter and see how it goes.

Saturn is commonly an oil burner, stick with regular dino oil.
