northern ca - machine shop / engine shop
So this past weekend we were at WSIR and my water/oil temp both peaked out at 300 and spewed all the coolant out. at this point i need a reliable machine shop that can take the motor and give it a once over. at the same time i am looking to get a lil more hp out of it.
Any suggestions?
i live in tracy ca
but am willing to go to either the bay or up to sacramento.
Thanks guys

Rankin Performance Machine Martinez CA 925 372-8112. John Rankin has a state-of-the-art Rottler boring machine, very few shops have made this level of investment. He has mapped an AMC block for me and can do any work to bring the block to better than OEM standards.
He does a lot of stuff from OEM rebuilds, to performance race motors for domestics and imports. They know their stuff!
