Honestly, it's mostly an appearance mod. If you want one get a cheap one and call it a day.

The biggest advantage I got from mine was it provided a great handle while I was installing my headers. I felt 0 change in the way the car handled.

That is the only reason I got mine. I call it the "short man's bar" - gives me something solid to grab on to when I'm working in the engine bay.

Probably a good idea to go with the adjustable PHB. If you run 315 in the future you'll want that little bit of adjustment.

I'm gonna have to disagree with the criticisms of the strut bar. I put one on my '97 Vert, a car that's more loose than a cheerleader in a locker room, and my door mirrors lost most of their wobble. I didn't get the same feel or visible results when I put one on my '99 T/A but being a coupe it didn't have the wobblin goblin problems of the 'Vert. To each their own, it's probably just me, but I'd be curious to see what you think 'OP...

One thing I noticed in this thread is there are a few variables to consider.

1) body type -- hardtop,t-top,ragtop = different result for each
2) driving style

I think to each there own,,, but sometimes it the old saying comes into play.."you get what you pay for" ....
