ms4 and 3200 stall Hey guys my buddy just got a 2002 ss with a ms4 and 3200 stall. How much et is he missing? How better would a 4k stall run i said .2 .3 wat do yall think?

Hard to tell exactly how much e.t. you will pick up by swapping to something in the 4000 range, but you are definetly leaving a lot on the table only running a 3200 converter with the MS4. How does the car 60ft currently?

The higher stall speed will get him further into the powerband of the cam. It will only improve it. The higher the stall the better but you have to balance that between track duty and street duty. I would go 3600 minimum if it were me. I think closer to the 4000 mark would be better but some guys don't like that much converter on the street.
