how to make a circular pipe fit an oval?
Well I can't seem to find any cheap used headers or y pipes...so I wanted to know if there is a way to make a pipe that will join a 2.75in circular hole, with a 2.75 x 3.25in hole.
Stupid question I know, but my daily driver has been down for about a week now and its making it hard to get to work.

Take it to an exhaust shop and let them mess around with it. Shouldn't cost much at all.
If you had to do it yourself, my guess would be that you'd need to have a piece of sheet metal, fold it to the circle at one end and then fold it to the oval at the other end, assuming you've got the length right already. Then cut the metal and weld the seem shut. Then weld it in place.
So unless you've got a welder and a ton of time on your hands, you should just to take to an exhaust shop and be done with it.
