Default Trans Am Ram Air? Non-WS6

I'm a T/A n00b, but when I put my insurance on my car, it told me my car was a Trans Am Ram Air. I don't know if they're all like that, but just wondering whats up. It has a Ram-Air intake, but no hood, and 16'' wheels.

I know for a fact it's not a WS6, not a Firehawk either. Car is a 1999, 2gfv22g5x2202265 is the vin.

What do you mean "ram air intake"? a lid setup? or a aftermarket intake that pulls air from under the car? And I have never heard of a T/A ram air, and would imagine whoever told you that made

You've got a number missing in the VIN you posted, it is not a valid number, it's usually 17 characters. Check the number and enter it here to see what you can find out:

There's the ws6 and the base trans am. I have a base and it shows up that way on my insurance. Maybe your insurance just doesn't break it down right

the VIN isn't going to tell you if it is a WS6, look at the RPO sticker
