Default Removing wiring after removing evap.

Hey Guys Ive pulled a few electrical components off of the car, under the hood. Evap solenoid, cruise control, air pump, stuff like that.

So Im in the process of cleaning up the engine bay and I want to know how I delete the wiring, do I just trace it back to the ECM/BCM and pull the pin out the connector?

Will this cause any problems?

Yeah, you will have trouble codes for some things unless you get those codes tuned out.
