I have an 04' GTO and i just got an RMR kit for it. I need to know how i can run my exhaust out both sides of the rear end like the 05/06s. Is it gonna be a hassle or is it able to be dont like any other. I myself am not sure dure to the fact that they are just running out one side. Do i need to take any special precautions?

Ive heard of people cuting it out but I didnt wanna do that. you can buy an 05/06 bumber or just do turn downs thats what I did

I for one am not sure why everyone wants to turn the '04 into a split exhaust. It doesn't mean a thing anymore as every V6 with one muffler has them so it doesn't signify the same thing as it used to 40 years ago. The car was designed as a GT touring type car. If you're set on it go to PFYC and buy the cutout inserts and cut out your bumper. The '04 bumper at least looks better than the big GTO embossed one.
