New LS1 Owners - Newbie Tech - 00 camaro clutch Q?

i have a 00 camaro that was auto but was made into 6 speed. i bought the car like that an i notice that the clutch gets hard every time i get on it an sometimes i cant shift it into 5th because its hard an gets stuck sometimes.
any body can help to tell me what i can do to fix it. the car has a ls7 clutch an my car makes over 500hp on spray. thanx an im new to the ls1 game.:D

Sounds like more of a trans problem if you cant get it into 5th unless the clutch isn't disengaging all the way.

the tranny feels fine an has no grids. an now that i spray on it!! the clutch those it sooner then before. also my clutch get stuck sometimes. could it be that the car has to much power for the clutch to keep up with?
