Went to check out the car at the body shop after having them put a tru fiber SS hood on my 2002 camaro. I popped the hood and sure enough the hood is touching/rubbing on my slp lid.

What can i do about this? for now i think i'll just put the stock air lid back on.

Anyone else have this issue? is it a problem with the OEM ss hoods?

File down the lip on the MAF so the lid fits on completely and make sure the bellow is on the throttle body and MAF all the way.
