So went to go to work yesterday and the car would not start put the key in everything came on turn to start and nothing. just a note the battery died on me 2 weeks ago got a jump and car has started ok.

Removed the battery and put the volt meter on it shows 12.XXv

the volts on the nav show 8-10v gauges are dimm nav flickering now

tied jumping it nothing..........., charging it nothing.... dont even here the starter solenoid clicking

note sure if related or not though getting some codes listed here
P1516 not sure what these 2 are exactly some thing with throttle
P2108
U0107 Lost Communication with throttle actuator control module

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just cause the battery's voltage is 12V doesnt mean it has enough amperage to turn the motor over.
Load test it and make sure its ok.
The TAC codes will set when the battery has died.

Replace the battery and be done with it.

That tells me that it's something other than the battery.

If you've attached a known source of 13V to the system and you don;t hear anything happen at the starter and all electrical works, then it's the starter.
