is there a way to delete o2 sensor such as a simulation plug is this possible ?:

front o2's = no. Your car needs these.

Rear o2's = yes. I am not sure if any one still sells sims as they are sort of illegal to have on your car. Your best bet would be to have a tuner just tune the rears out then plug the holes (if you have them).
