A better description woulda gotten a few replies by now, so I will go ahead and nibble to try and get it somewhere.

When does it misss, does it only miss at take off, all the time, when its warm, cold? How many miles are on it? Does it still have cats?

What brand opti?Any codes? Have you checked it at night in th edark under the hood to see if there is any arcing? Any burnt wires? Did you chnage your 02's out after you heat cycled the headers?

That should give us an idea......

Fuel pressure should be tested as well.

Sounds stupid but make sure your wires are on the correct order on the opti.. It's very easy to mix up the orders
