Street Racing & Kill Stories - GMS1 Cobalt SS/TC vs 2010 Tuned Evo (roll vid)

Hey guys,

My buddy came over with his new Evo. He was excited to line them up. Unfortunately, we had his girlfriend taking the vid so it is only 16 seconds of someone pulling away hard :judge:

We lined up 2x from a dig. He missed 3rd on the first one so I pulled around (no vid, damn woman)
On the 2nd dig he bogged it and I jumped out and we knew he wasn't gaining it back. (no vid)

The vid you see below is a 35 roll. She started vid immediately after beeps and it appears I am way back on the hit but I am maybe a few feet out of view.

The fun part is at the exact 4 second mark, you can hear my 2-3 NLS (pop) as I pull away HARD and keep pulling. If you have 16 seconds to give, you have to watch the vid. It is pure ownage.

I have to say though, I am 180lb and my buddy is 210 with his *cough* 140lb woman with him so that def affected his chances.

cobalt: k&n, muffler delete, GMS1
Evo: intake, muffler delete, tuned

Geez it looks like he's not even racing, good kill. I didn't realize those things were such turds. Before I watched the vid I thought you guys would be pretty even with you slowely pulling on him.

we figure we are both at about 280 but he had 500lb on me = ass whuppin

not yet, no free time to get there. I'll take the rematch, but it'll probably be the same outcome until I can change a couple things. I'm hoping for a turbo upgrade this winter and that'll add minimum 80rwhp :D
