Default security light flashing after tank swap/diy two pumps

I have a 01 z28. I took the plastic tank out and put a 98 metal tank in after i did the two fuel pump mod. The problem started like this the engine hasnt started in a long time so i wanted to turn over the engine without starting it. so i took the fuel pump fuse out spun the engine over for a little bit, then put fues back in hit the key and nothing. Now security light is flashing took fues back out still wont turn over like it was with the fuse out but it didnt blow and all other fues are good. Im thinking i got a wire not pined right and i might of fried something going to take tank back out and compare the wire pin locations to the plastic tank. An input you guys might have would be great thanks for your help

update i got my spare key and tried it with the pump fuse out and engine turns over. i checked the ohms of both keys and they are not the same so i guessing i shorted the key. Im about to pull the tank to find out what wire i got out of spot.

all wires are in the same spot as the 01 tank but the wires going to one of the pumps was getting pulled tight so fixed that and now she lives again dont know why the key just went out like that.
