New Camaro In Town... :)
Hey all! I'm Sarah, and from the time I was 8 years old and saw my babysitter's '92 RS, I always swore I'd have a Camaro. My Tahoe went South on me recently, and I wanted something new and reliable that I didn't have to worry about fixing. Something sexy and fun and so... here's where I ended up. The first new car I've ever purchased, with 40 miles on her when I left the lot. Meet my baby.
2011 RS, Imperial Blue Metallic. I'm in love. I can't get enough of this car! Yes, yes, I know she's not an SS, but she's perfect for me with the incredible horsepower and the fuel economy, not to mention how SEXY this car is...!
Anyway, enough about me. I'm looking for people to chat with locally or nationwide, and then locals (Arkansas or Oklahoma) meet up with, hit road courses, drag strips, whatever. I used to dirt-track race and I also have worked on 3rd and 4th gens with my ex, and as such am not just a typical silly girl who knows nothing about cars... Camaros have long been a fascination of mine <3 I know there was an Arkansas F-Body Association but it's no longer really active.... so hellooooo, who's out there? I'm hoping I've found a forum I can be at home in

Guess I missed the other new girl thread... haven't had much of a chance to explore yet. Perhaps I should change the name of mine. Hmm.
Thanks for the welcomes-- glad to see some NWA F-Body owners. I hope I can meet up with you guys soon.

Haha, I changed the name of the thread. Bet not half as many people will check it now if the leg-humping is as wide-spread as y'all make it sound! LOL

The other thread had I think 4 pages in a few hours... haha
But anyways... I think there are a couple 1/8th mile tracks east of alma off of I-40 but me and most of the guys I hang around with go up to Mokan by Joplin, MO. It's about an hour/hour and a half drive.

Yes sir, I used to run my '04 SWB Silverado up at Mo-Kan Getting that Tech sticker off was a huge pain in the ***, let me tell you!
I fully plan on taking my girl up there soon, as well as the road course in Hallett.
