Bank 1 02 sensor.. is it hard to get to?

Bank 1 02 sensor.. is it hard to get to? 02 z06 with Lg long tubes... threw bank 1 slow response. im gonna change it after work is it hard to get 2 and any tips i should know? And its is the upstream..

I work at a dealership they have them here.. really what i want to know is once i get it up in the air is it hard to get 2. I fig it would be easy to get to im just double checking bf i go threw the hassel of trying to get this thing on a lift as low as it sits...
