Driver side manifold glowing after an easy 5 mile drive.
I pulled in my garage today and popped the hood to check for any tapping coming from the oil pressure issue im having and I noticed that the driver side cast manifold was glowing. It was BARELY noticable and the only reason I did notice it was because the garage lights were off. Im running OLSD so theres no o2 sensors and my wideband (in my single downpipe) is reading about 15.5 afr which isnt too bad but maybe a little lean. Car does not back fire or run rough at all either. Any ideas on what would cause this to happen?

I use to follow my wideband for part throttle afr.
But I never will again.
I was running olsd just like you, when I retuned my part throttle with my stft all my drivability problems and sporadic light load knock disappeared.
Now wideband reads 14.1-14.56
But idles better
Drives better
Doesnt buck under light throttle conditions
Must of picked up 20fttq under part throttle loads

Thats the weird part..I know what a lean condition feels like. Even at light to part throttle it feels like the car is driving through mud. The afr is normal and the car runs perfect.
