Default Running super rich, intermittent DTC 13 95 Z28

EDITING. Some new info:

DTC 13 = "left O2 malf". I tried swapping sensors side to side to see if I would get DTC 13 still or if it would change to the other side, but now I get no DTC at all! Datamaster keeps losing PCM sync after about 9 seconds. Over and over. I do have a "new" PCM, could it be defective?

I unplugged and checked the resistance and I'm getting infinite resistance. I haven't changed anything related to the O2 wiring though. My car is also running super rich - it spits drops of raw gas out the exhaust and took 14.3 gallons to go a mere 186 miles

This is for my camaro in sig.
