Default Gto mechanical issues?

Is thr infamous strut rub the only major issue with the gtos? I ask because im gonna buying either a 06 gto or a g8.. Really going back and forth on which one I want.. Either one wont be left stock.

Saggy rear springs, strut and front radius rod bushings are common wear items. The strut bushing also can cause strut rub from being collapsed
