Default Full exhaust 03 Z06

Finally got the Z tuned yesterday, well after the issues i had but she is done and runs like a champ. Car made 369/360. I have been hearing that is low for the mods, but I think it is a good baseline. Now I can't wait to get the cam put in and get a new intake for it. Current mods are ARH LT's and X and B&B bullets. I'll get the graph up when I can figure out how to shrink the file. Any suggestions?

I must say, Chris from AMS is most certainly the man. Even though they just recently jumped into the LSX world, he damn sure knows his stuff.

Must be a stingy dyno because thats what it should dyno stock. With your mods that car should be 39xwhp. Trap should be 118-120mph range with decent air.

I'd hope that was the problem, otherwise i'm lost. the air out here is never good year round and we don't have a track so I may not know for a long time what it will trap.

Was it a mustang dyno? They typically read about 8-10% lower than a dynojet. That would put you right where you should be. My Z06 put down 359whp on a dynojet when it was completely stock.

No it was a DynoJet. I have a few ideas about it but i have alot of sea time and will be off island for a school for a month so i won't have a chance to test it till the end of the year. I am hoping that I missed a bolt for the headers and everything and i have a leak is all. we shall see though

As mentioned a stock Z will put out around 360 RWHP. Don't forget that you won't pick up much with the aftermarket mufflers over the stockers especially on a bolt-on car. Your gains should really only come from the LTs and X. I wouldn't be too worried about it - in LS1tech style let's see what it does at the track.

My z put down 377 with headers, bpp cold air, and borlas untuned. 385who when tuned on a djet sae. If you have the stock air box it may be holding 8-10 hp.
