ok i got a 95 formulawith longtubes, magnaflow exhaust, msd ignition, k&n, egr delete, air delete, tb bypass,. the battery has a full charge but it wont turn over and the stater just makes a clciking sound im guessing the solenoid or starter but no sure and i have a high charging voltage any help thanks?

well try rotating the engine over by hand first with a breaker bar and socket in the crank snot. if it rotates then i would guess starter. Go from there.

Yeah for sure sounds like the starter. You can always pull it out and take it to autozone and have them test if for free to make sure

Sounds like a dirty battery cable connection. http://shbox.com/1/starter_charging_95.jpg will show you the circuit. You can test the various connections with a 99 cent test lamp.
