Default TC Installation

I just received my 3500 stall today ( ON MY WAY TO MID 12S, SOON 11S) it says on the box that I have to drill the flexplate to 1/2" Will I screw anything up by doing this?? My uncle and I are going to do it on our own so I don't wanna screw anything up. HELP!

Is the TC a TCI 3500? If so i didnt drill anything on the flexplate, but one of the TC bolts was a PITA to put in and i think that is why. So you might want to follow whatever it says, you shouldnt mess anything up. Goodluck.

Kevin winstead from TCI posted this in another post somewhere, 2 holes on our flywheel are already 1/2 you only have to drill the one that is 7/16 out bigger.

Yea, it's a TCI SSF3500. So if I only have to drill one of the holes, that's bad ***... Thanks
