TH350/400 help
I need help with either a like to a thread or some personall help from anyone who has put a TH350/400 in a 4th gen camaro/firebird with a LS1.
My questions are some like these,
1. Im a 6sp car so I can keep this comp and harness sinnce a TH350/400 is non comp controlled. right?
2. Will a TH350/400 bolt right up to a LS1? or is there an adapter needed?
3. Which is better or preferred? Longtail or short tail style trans?
4. Is there a certain type of stall I have to use to bolt to a LS1? or is there an adapter used?
If there are more things i may be forgetting feel free to chime in. Im going at this all in the dark.

1. Yes, you keep your computer & harness.
2. Yes, both trans will bolt right up, I believe two bellhousing bolts are not used.
3. You can only use a Th350 longtail 9" with your factory driveshaft.
4. Many sponsors here, custom make a converter for the Th350/400 to fit the LS motors. Sometimes a flywheel spacer is needed depending on what flywheel you're using.
