Got mine. Haven't got to use it on anything serious yet though. Appears to be a quality piece.

does this also allow you to add degrees to the torque reading? For example the crank bolts require 140 degrees after the final tq in lbs/nm.. hope I am making sense with what I'm asking

No. Our at this point in time our wrench does not measure angular rotation. It is something that we are working on, but realistically will not be available for some time.

Thanks.

Our warranty is industry standard: 1 year from date of purchase, 90 days for calibration. Our repair / calibration facility is located in Chicago.

The steel components / ratchet of the wrench are manufactured in Taiwan, and the assembly / electronics are done in Malaysia. We use a unique and patented method of measuring torque that is inherently much less expensive to manufacture than our competitors, which is why we are able to be at such a reasonable retail price.

The problem was most likely that you need to select the wrench with case option ($150 price). Once you select that, press add to cart and you will see a place to enter the code. Enter the code and press update cart. The $99 price will now appear. Please PM me if you have any problems, and I will resolve the issue for you.

Thanks.

Yes - due to the increased shipping charges I can't process it as I do the other orders. I will PM you with the details involved in shipping to Canada, and if you are interested you can let me know.

Thanks.
