Default WTF is this connector to

well my airbag light has been on ever since i swapped the cluster on my 99 T/A (cause some one ripped it out of my old cluster, it has probobly been on th whole time) well the tuner said the module was bad, replaced that, but it was still on. so i pulled the under cover for the passanger side dash, and i find this connector just hanging there! i always thought the yellow wires were for airbags, so can you tell me what this is and if i can just connect them to eachother? my batter is out of the car for the last hour now.
