Default Any way i can possibly fix this? Paint issue

here is a picture of the rear spoiler. its faded, and there is a bit around the hatch where the same thing is happening. I know a while ago i seen a special chemical or something (bottle was red) and it fixed faded paint like new again.

First, your car needs a good wash, quickly fallowed by a high quality wax. This will help prevent the rest of your car from fading. If that fading is underneath the clear coat, you basicaly out of luck. You could try polishing/buffing (which your car needs anyway) but there is no "quick fix" that I know of.

Not sure about the product your talking about?? Looks like a re-paint to me. Also looks like some serious swirls/scratches/spiderwebs in the paint.

i used many products and i could never get those swirls out the paint. maybe i need a PB.
I have a 3M polishing Paste that i am going to try this weekend. I have used adams detailing products and that did not take out the swirls.

For that kind of damage you will need a buffer. They will not come out by hand. I have a Porter Cable and use Meguiar's M105/205 to clear that up. I follow up with Adam's polish and wax. A rotory buffer will work faster but the PC is very safe on the paint, just takes a little longer.

That looks a lot like clear coat failure. If it is, and you polish it, it will speed up the spreading much faster.

i dont know if this adds to the info but if i put water on it, the fade still remains the same.

I would recommend repainting that spoiler and detail the rest of the car pronto! If its the same paint as the rest of the car, the rest may not be far behind, so its in desperate need of protection.

At first I thought that was just a reflection of a cloud in the sky.

Yes, the buffer will not work on the faded part. Only paint will help that. Like GoFast says, the rest of the car is in danger of the same "condition". It will happen fast.
