Default Order of mods?

So my a4 formula currently has flowmaster exhaust and subframe connectors, in the next 6 months i plan on having ebay long tubes, ls6 intake, and having it dyno tuned. is that a good order to go in or should i get the intake first? Thanks guys.

Don't forget to get an Air lid, or a CAI. You will gain at least 10HP there.

If by intake, you mean the air lid, then yes. Get the air lid, but don't expect a gain of 10HP.

Mod he listed was the LS6 manifold intake. Air Lid is separate. Coupled with an exhaust and headers, the air lid can give you up to 10HP, a CAI certainly will.

The Flowmaster catback isn't known for flowing all that well, so throw an electric cutout on there.

Nonsense. The cheap stainless headers on eBay are copies of Hooker headers (also the same design as Jet Hot). They're not a perfect fit, sure, but plenty of people have had problems with Pacesetters... and the Pacesetters aren't stainless.

This.

Car will be faster with just the stall/tires than all the other mods you mentioned combined.

Best part is a stall can't be seen so the car will look and basically sound stock unless they pay attention to your rpms when driving.
