Question "Hambergler" Mod for Camaro

So with all the hustle and bustle with Plasti Dip and the ability to try different appearance experiments. One in particular I was wanting to try for a long time but didn't want to paint. Lee (ZexGX) suggested I post this new style on a thread and grab opinions and I thought it was a great idea, and thanks to Lee providing me with the photo below, I've decided to call it the Hambergler mod, pretty obvious why. Hamburglar + Berger = Hambergler. haha What do you all think?

Now before you all gripe about the masking, I just did this as a quick mock up and spray and if I wanted to seriously consider it again, I'd spend more time properly masking the lines. Plus there are different variations that can be done like leaving the twin posts pewter to leave some color in the midst of the black. I've grown to like it and I think I'll do it again, but better. I think it would look good with a set of CME

I'll get some additional photos on the road

IMO, something like this would make more sense to a non-car person than just a 4th gen Berger panel, since this follows the lines of the car.

The downside is that it makes the rear bumper look HUGE, at least in your pics.

Definitely would look better with LT1 tails.

I like those big backsides...... haha

I think it's just the angles.

Haha a berger panel on steroids, I love it!!! The name is legit too, Props. It reminds me of how the corvette's do there ***'s. Although I am curious as to where you stopped the line under the spoiler also, post some pics of that.

Not bad at all, something new and different for sure. Would like to see this done on other cars. Also wouldn't mind seeing it done with a gloss black.

I would like to see it on different colors, almost makes me want to buy a red camaro just to try it on. haha I'm currently planning a move to VA though so I may not have time to do it again until I get moved out.

As far as the line under the spoiler, I basically half assed it and I blocked off the spoiler opening on the back window side and I just basically fogged and faded it out under the spoiler, If I did it again, I'd actually take the spoiler off and mask a line off just before you get to the underside of the front side of the spoiler. I'll pull the car out of the garage and take some more photos today.

Tried something similar once with tape, but didn't like it. This is better than that.

This is what I ended up with, and i don't like it either. Going to repair the spoiler and take the black out eventually.
