I personally like my chromoly tubular Spohn LCAs w/poly/rod combo. All his pieces are nice. If its a race only car, then get the rod ends on both ends. But if you plan to do a little driving on the street, get the combo as i did. Good luck with your choice.

Rod end on rear, poly on body. The poly is to dampen the noise and the rod is to allow the rear to move correctly without binding.

My dual rod CM Sphon's will be here this week I believe. I'll let you know how they work out.
