Default Best paint for professional results

I want to paint my LS6 intake, valve covers, bumper support (in front of the wiper fluid) and a few other things. What is the best paint and technique to use for a professional appearance? Thanks

I used PPG paint and it came out great on my manifold, valve covers, nitrous bottle and some other stuff. The reason why I went with PPG is because thats what I used when I had my car repainted. For professional results I would take it to a shop

For do it yourselfer's, I have been extremely happy with the results of Dupli-Color's 500* Engine Enamels, (available at Auto Zone) and Plasti-Coat's Caliper paints (available at Pep Boys)

Hey Xsta,
Do you still have anymore pics of you SS vert? I saw your homepage but wanted to look at the engine bay and how you have everything set up.
