Default 35th SS vs 99 SS and 07? ECSB Silvy

Went out for some fun runs with a few friends last night. Heres the rundown. Only mods on my car current are a ported tb, slp lid, deatschwerks dw300 fuel pump, k&n, and a 2xLS1 tune.

1st Run: 35th SS vs 99 SS Dig (99 SS has Pacesetters, exhaust, and 3.73 geared 12 bolt) He jumps off the line a tad, takes me out at 100 by 3/4-1 car. I was slowly closing the gap the farther we went.
2nd run: 35th SS vs 99 SS 20 Roll: He honks, we jump at the same time I pull ahead and end up with about a fender ahead of him at 100.
3rd run: 04-07 Extended cab short bed 2wd silverado (5.3L, full bolt ons, 3600 stall, cam, 100 shot, claims to have run a best of 12.79 on spray/slicks, he was spraying but on street tires. I slept off the jump and stayed at his rear fender the whole way to 100.
4th runn: 35th SS vs Silverado 20 Roll again: We jump at the same time, i proceed to pull to about a fenders length on him, stay that way to 100.

The silverado says that his nitrous was cutting out on the second run. Something tells me I need to get off my *** and install my headers and exhaust lol. Theres video of the runs against the truck but the guy with the gopro hasnt edited them yet.

I hear that alot but ive actually pulled on alot of local M6 cars from digs and rolls. I dont know if the people around here cant drive or what the deal is.

Oh, and there was a guy with a 05-06 corvette automatic that rolled up talking a load of ****. He said it had a Lingenfelter head and cam package and went a best of 11.1. The idle sounded stock as hell and the car was ungodly quiet. He kept wanting a race so we lined him up against a 06 stang gt convertible with a roush blower that put down 427whp. Said stang has gone a best of 12.89. Said stang also put a buslength on the corvette from a stop and a roll. After two *** kickings from a car a full second slower than he was (supposedly) he decided to tell the stang driver he was going home and didnt come back. I dont plan on seeing him out again for awhile.

I have seen that kind of thing go down a few times, and it's always a epic fail to witness! I'm betting the guy he bought it from lied his butt off about the mods, or a supposedly gearhead friend looked it over and told him "it must be modded, and those heads look like lingenfelter heads so it must be a lingenfelter car. I heard those things run like an 11.1"
