67-68 camaro mods post pics here! lowering springs, hoods, vallances, shaved, etc
I want pics of 67-68 Camaro mods... Everyone has seen 69 camaro mods bc everyone builds them... Now lets see some custom mods to the 67-68 camaros, shaved door handles, custom vallances, hoods, custom tail lights, billet grilles, 2" and 3" drop springs, different gas caps and brands. Mainly, i would like to see different vallances with intercooling set ups and 69 camaro fog lights... and opinions such as 67 or 68 camaro rs tail lights... which do we prefer? And something you dont see much of... exhuast choices, tips etc. Personally, im building a 68 camaro forged ls2 d1 procharged and intercooled... i will get pics up as soon as i get the engine back from the shop... let me know what you think. thanks

I don't like looking like everyone else and there's not many hood options....I went with a Stinger hood like used on 67 Yenkos and 68 Baldwin/Motions (only seen one other one in person). I also deleted the rear spoiler (something else almost everybody has)
I cut my front springs 1 full coil and dropped it 2.25" (looks alot better now)
There is a company (forget name)that's grafting the 69 lower valance to a 67/68 for the marker lights and deleting them in the grill.

Much more "grown up" and personally I like it....no cussing,no street kill stories, and such....check it out, lots of build stories....My favorite is a thread "turning swiss cheese into a Camaro". http://www.camaros.net/forums/showth...t=swiss+cheese
Go check it out and look around.

Not at the moment money is stoped currently. My son will be here within the next week so a lot of my time/money has been put there. I am runing the prodigy 4 link setup. Its made by airride. It came with the shell when I bought it. I think prodigy charges somewhere around 1600-1800 for the whole set up. Dont quote me on that though.

Yep the actual frame had to be cut down and narrowed some. Also as for the grills I like the look of the all blacked out. It really depends on the car. What color is the car/ or are your going with? Do you plan on having black trim or chrome trim for everythnig else?
