Just saw the mag in the mail, they set out to see what they can push a stock block to before it breaks. They used TEA 1.5 heads and changed the top ring gap only, and a off the shelf comp cam. It dynoed 450hp NA and then they bolted on a twin turbo setup. they used a twin turbo setup and got to 1200hp before they ran out of dyno time (60 runs or so they claim most were over 1000hp and with 118 race fuel). they thought they were working with a 5.3, but it was really a 4.8. pretty damn impressive
