passing inspection with a efilive2 bar OS

Trying to get my car through inspection but the evap system and O2 sensors are not ready yet. Not sure if the computers semi-open loop operation has anything to do with it.

As far as the evap, maybe check out B0505. Might have to enable it in open loop.

Thanks, Im going to try that tomorrow and see what happens, got to get this car through inpection
