Default Hazel Crest Area

So I am looking at a house in hazlecrest this week and was wondering if anyone had input on the area. The place is located about 1 mile from the main hospital. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

My brother is a full time Hazel Crest firefighter he could probably give you some insight. Give me a call if you want or stop by. He works for me on his off shift days.

From my reserch, the holdup is schooling. Don't want my little girl to be in with a bunch of hoods. The backyard would fill up pretty fast. And a 50lb bag of lime only covers up so much stench.

The house looked nice, the neighborhood looks decent, but unless your kid is in the flossmoor or homewood school district, your pretty much screwed. Ugh, the hunt continues.

Keep on looking man. Are you set on a certain area or certain town/city? There are literally a SHITLOAD of houses on the market and they are at STEAL prices right now. My buddy is also looking for houses as well. See if you can get listings sent to you from MLS or try and get on their site and search. Definitely the best for researching things online.

Couple questions:
-What areas are you looking into?
-# of beds/baths
-Price?

My buddies mom is a realtor and I've known her since I was knee-high. I could give you her number if you are interested and just let her know that you know me, Anthony. Either way let me know - there are also some houses for sale in my subdivision out here in Crestwood. Keep me posted man.

Not looking into any one area. I work out of Elk Grove, and don't really want to drive an hour each way if I don't have too. I appreciate any help I can get at the moment. We are waiting on a response for a rent to own in hoffman estates right now. Its close enough that my daughter could still go to her jui jitzu class every day.
