Default Using factory XM antenna with Pioneer h/u...is it possible?? (Trailblazer SS)

I'm installing a pioneer AVH-P4300DVD 7" TOUCH SCREEN with the XM tuner GEX-P920XM (2007 Trailblazer SS)....wondering if its possible to use the factory xm antenna thats on the roof??? Anyone done this? If so any idea where the wire is routed???

The original XM receiver is mounted under the passenger side of the dash. The OEM antenna can be connected to an aftermarket receiver if you take off the plastic locking piece surrounding the connector. The connector inside the locking piece is the same as used on aftermarket radios although it is not insulated. The only concern is whether there is enough slack in the antenna cable to reach where you mount your XM adapter.
