Hello all, Im Marcus im 23 and live in Riverview, FL
Just traded my 1973 challenger for a 99 TA WS6 with 60k km on it guy drove all the way from the land of round bacon to get my car. And he gave me 15k to help me agree lol.

Its bone stock other than a skip shift eliminator and a hurst shifter and a ZO6 clutch and a larger MAF. Seems to have plenty of power but it isnt a beast.

I know sbm and sbc bbc like the back of my hand but this is my first ls1
Im lookin to get around 450ish hp maybe even a ls2 swap for ease of use. Im done with tempermental hi-hp cars i want something i can drive anywhere and have fun with it and not have a worry with it.

Just ordered a intake and gonna pick up magnaflow catback exhaust for it tomorrow

intake- http://www.summitracing.com/parts/VNT-15958C3/

I want stuff that can be swapped to a Ls2 if i decide to go that route
But if i keep this engine im thinking
bbk intake with 85-90mm tb
longtube headers w/ hi flow cats
a comp not sure which one yet

Can i get 450ish hp with that?
What comp should i use?

Or should i just swap in a ls2?

Im sure its possible getting that hp with heads and a cam but thats 2-2,5k and I can get a stock ls2 for a lil more than that

very nice, you want 450 its possible depending on what you want . Do longtubes no cats your in fl so no inspection . Do an ls6 intake or fast90 or larger , ported tb , heads and cam .
