KY Build
I’m starting the first steps in my build and wanted to start a thread as it progresses. Pulled the engine out today with jack stands and a cherry picker…fun stuff.

Yea....should have mine in about a month or so. Ordered/paid for it a couple of weeks back. Can't wait. My car is torn apart waiting on the kit. I will have a build thread once I get the kit in and started to install!

Nice build... we basically have the same setup. Which 76 are you going with? mine made 614whp with the 11psi spring. Here is alittle motivation for you to finish it up

There is no way you will be able to keep the car cool with the factory cooling system, unless its in the 50* range every day you drive it and even then IDK. The only issue i had with this kit was keeping the coolant temps down, i tried the factory radiator with a dual fan setup for lsfest and couldn't even run true street because it would get in the 220's and keep climbing. At one point when we were testing it got to 240* so i shut it down and made a thread on here, everyone that had this kit or similar had cooling issues and were planning on going bigger radiator / fan setup. Just dont want you to be in my shoes because i wasn't expecting to drop another 400-500 on radiator/fan setup after i had finished the build. With the setup below, it never gets over 196* even in boost on a warm day. Keep us posted with the progess.

What pullers are you using? I have the standard griffen rad that most guys use and flex a lite flx-420 dual shrouded pullers. My temps are high 180's and get to mid 190's if in traffic on a warm day.
