160 degree thermostat without tune?

If I bought a 160 t stat and install it without tune will the car still run a little bit cooler? Im talking like maybe runing 5-10 degrees cooler or no?

the stat will open around 160.........and if you are moving fast enuff........i will be cooler than stock 187.......but also if you have the a/c on...the fans come on automactically
