z28 vs new 5.0 and new gt
First off my car 2000 z a4 with minor boltons. So I was on my way to the town watering hole and minding my own. When I look in my mirror and what do I see a new 5.0 he pulls up on my left side at the light and decides to say some very not nice things about my car. And I just looked at him and smiled. Not paying attention to what just pulled up on my right a new gt with a cat back. So you can guess what happens next. Light turns green and we launch. We were all dead even I hit second then get into third the gt falls back fast and quit. As for the 5.0 he managed to stay on my bumper then I shut down (120 on a city street isn't safe) the 5.0 does the signature **** head fly bye and turns at the next light. The gt follows me to shell and begins drooling over my car. All In a trip

nice kill man the stall def helped you, no lt's yet though? I'm willing to bet that with a set of longtubes you would have been putting some more distance on the 5.0. btw though ohio is right the 5.0 "replaced" the gt for 2011 the mustang that has gt on the side is a 2010 model with a 4.6 there is no 4.6 in 2011.

Now nice kill. Your mods did help a lot. Specially since you said teh 5.0 has some spin. Spinning isn't winning. But being you have the mods you do have are not minor bolt ons. That would be like cat back, cold air. Stall is not a minor bolt on, specially with a full drag suspension, true trac, fully built tranny, LT's, LS6 intake. Ya that are all minor simple bolt ons.

Ya a 2010 isn't really considered "NEW" if a 2011 model came out. Like Ohio said, say 2010 GT or 2011 GT 5.0 to avoid any confusion and yes they are dropping like flies, sorry Ohio Really can't wait to pull up against one even though my *** "might" get handed to lol. Other then that, good kill OP.

Driver of the 5.0 must have sucked super bad then, I don't see that being possible at all.

Its when these stock cars are like ya I beat this car that makes 100hp more and has better gearing, and weighs the same as me if not less. I mean really come one. That is as bad as some one on a Ford website saying he beat a new Z06 in his tuned, cold air, catback 5.0. I called BS fast. Or they think they should all be beating them with basically stock 5.0's since one guy ran into a Z06 that couldn't drive worth ****. They think oh well they can't be that fast then. We all can beat them.
