lq4 guage cluster swap?

anyone reuse the guages off a lq4 silverado in their swap? Would i just have to pull the wires from the cabin harness and trace back to where they plug into the engine harness and be done?

That's about it. I used to hook a cluster and put it on the floor to know how fast I was going before finishing my swaps. Its just a few wires.
