Default Katech belt tensioner. Any pics?

Has anyone used the orange before and can you comment on how close it is to SOM? I plan on ordering one, but not sure if the orange will look good or if I should just do black.

Edit: I'm interested in any photos of any of the colors people have of this tensioner. Specifically the black, silver, and orange. Although i'd like to see all of them.

Thanks

I would bet the color wouldn't match SOM. I would go with the black anyway unless you have a lot of SOM parts under the hood.

SOM is pretty close to Corvette's Atomic Orange isn't it? If so I would say it matches pretty well. It's not like it's next to a body panel so I don't think you'll notice.

No it's not really really close to a body panel, but it is pretty close to one. Hopefully we can get some pictures posted up soon. I have a lot of argent color under my hood as well and am wondering about the silver in comparison to it.

Black with an MBA billet aluminum pulley (same as the red pulley above, minus the cover) attached to a black Meziere EWP:

Not the best shot, but you can at least see part of it:

Looks good. Where are you guys getting the MBA pulleys from?

Below is a recent picture of my engine bay. The engine is out and the bay is getting ready to be smoothed and painted. The battery will be relocated to the rear. Which color should I get?

I don't even know what your post says because I'm too busy staring at your avatar lol.

But in all seriousness - I'd go with the black.

LOL..

Ya black seems to be what I was thinking. I wish I could see the orange one compared to SOM.

I bought the MBA pulley right before they went under...I think I actually picked it up during their inventory liquidation. If I were looking for something similar today, I'd probably be looking at Ebay since there seem to be a few people out there making billet pullies and such for the LSJuan.
